Over the past few years, we have performed an increasing number of nymphoplasty surgeries. The surgery targets the labia minor in order to improve their aesthetic appeal as well as correct certain problems related to sexual activity and certain physical activities. Our experienced surgeons offer triangular or longitudinal sectioning depending on the patient’s body. Nymphoplasty is performed under local anesthetic and usually takes approximately 60 minutes.
Preoperative Tips

Postoperative Tips
After the operation, you must stay at home for 2 to 7 days in order to ensure healthy healing. It is normal for the labia minor to be swollen for up to 2 weeks. The stitches will disappear at the end of this period. In case of intense pain, use the prescribed antibiotic cream and place a cold compress on the operated area. Abstain from alcohol or tobacco. Make sure to regularly clean the area thoroughly.
You will have to wait 3 to 4 weeks before engaging in sexual activity. You will be able to see the effects of the surgery after about 2 months.
Possible Complications
Risks of bleeding and infection are possible. It is also possible to notice reduced sensitivity or discomfort during sexual activity. Finally, it is possible for the stitches to open slightly and, in more serious cases, you might observe cutaneous necrosis or necrosis of the mucous membrane.
Labioplasty
Similarly to the labia minor, the labia major can cause awkwardness during physical or sexual activity if they are disproportionally large or cumbersome. Labioplasty is performed under local anesthetic and normally lasts approximately 45 minutes.

Possible Complications
